Solar wind works. There's a big difference between that and a reg melee. Flame shield on the other hand is broken. Description says "recieve less damage" instead you get an over shield that absorbs damage

Edited by AscendantWyvern: 10/17/2014 11:50:07 AMWhat's the "big difference"? I can't seem to find it at all. Hit a fallen with Scorch with Flame Shield on, the fallen gets pushed back about half a meter. Hit a fallen with Scorch with Solar Wind on, he gets pushed back about half a meter, liberally, a whole meter (gasp!) The push-back on solar wind is a joke, whether its working appropriately or not.

isnt that receiving less damage though?
-
No. It's giving you another shield that makes any damage not touch you. You can even refill your health while taking damage with this over shield on
-
No. As a sunsinger this is false. I have used flame shield since I got it and your health does go down even with the shield. You can't see because if the blue bar but I still enter the OMFG IM GONNA DIE MY HEALTH IS IN THE RED ZONE bit. It's just a bit slower
-
Your health bar will not go down if flame shield is active. You'll even regen health while shield is up
-
You realise you're telling a sunsinger they're wrong about their own abilities. I know you can lose health with the shield up. I've maxed out the sunsinger.
-
I've maxed out sunslinger too. And your health will regen while taking damage with flame shield up.

We aren't getting anywhere. Were both experienced Sunsingers Burma clearly one of us is wrong. Let's agree to disagree for now but if I find anything to the contrary I'll apologise to you via response or private messaging
