Palmer again? How long will 343i keep spoon-feeding her to us?

You do know she's been in every issue of Escalation thus far, right? Also, Schlerf is writing the series, not Brian Reed.
-
I know she's been in every issue, right now I'm getting slightly tired of it.
-
I'm so sorry that she's a main character that doesn't suck in Escalation /sarcasm
-
I'm so sorry you can't handle different opinions. /sarcasm.
-
Well informed opinions can be handled, but Palmer in Escalation isn't annoying, is far more professional and in general a good person. It's pointless to judge her based on a different writer. It just amounts to ignoring her new character for the sake of old biases.
-
I've read the books, and simply still can't get into them.
-
No, I can handle different opinions, just not ones that are filled with bias.
-
So, me not liking a particular character, and giving it a shot to actually like her by reading the books... Makes my opinion biased? OK... that may work on Waypoint.
-
... What in the what? Palmer is in none of the books, and you formed an opinion on her depiction in Escalation contrary to how she acts.
-
Books, comics, whatever. There are too many for me to keep track of anyhow. My opinion about her was already formed, then some said to check out Escalation to see if it changes it, but it didn't.
-
You haven't even read Escalation...
-
I've read Initiation, my bad. Still, it didn't change my opinion.
-
Oh gosh. No wonder you hate her. Yeah, Brian Reed wrote initiation. He's the guy who wrote Spartan Ops. Schlerf is writing Escalation, he's the one responsible for Halo 4's Campaign. Notice how Palmer wasn't annoying or stupid in campaign. (Other than no helmet... Face time is b!tch for modern storytelling...)
-
Yeah, sorry for the confusion.
-
S'all good. I highly recommend Escalation. While Palmer plays a major role, she's not the center of attention. That falls to Lasky and the delegates. And the interactions between Thel and Lydus are great.
-
She is better in Escalation.
-
Hmm, I was planning on giving it a go anyway.
