The crew of the Spirit of Fire returning to the Halo story? Yeah, predicted that to in my old Halo 4 script, though not in the way it is likely to go down here.
But more to the point, I am legitimately surprised how 343i have not yet -blam!-ed up Escalation. It's a good series with so many cool plotlines.

Hey Roberto, you're on Waypoint right? We're you by any chance caught by the Halo Ban (Wapoint version of carpet ban) at Waypoint? Half of the people good at Halo Lore got banned. Including me.
-
I know erickyboo was talking about something like that on Twitter.
-
Yeah pretty frustrating considering we can't dispute the ban until our ban is up though.
Yeah pretty frustrating considering we can't dispute the ban until our ban is up though.
tell me and the rest of the "multiple millennia" guys about it
-
Well, good luck with all that. Guess I missed that carpet banning.
-
That was like, the best thread I've ever seen. So many deleted posts.
-
Do you want to know the absolutely idiotic part? I was banned for posting a source proving this wasn't leaked and was actually real. Are you not banned on Waypoint?
-
Didn't post in the thread
-
Would you care to pass a message along to a Waypoint mod for me so I can dispute this? Be warned you might be punished given how uptight Waypoint is.
-
Sure, I hardly care whether I get banned on waypoint anyway.
-
Ok, pass this along for me to DeepCee:
DeepCee, I was recently banned for posting what the moderator team considers leaked content. I'm deeply disturbed and upset over this. At first, we were all going off of a rumor originally from Facebook. Wanting to prove its existence I sought to find a source. This is critical to why I'm upset over this: I recalled that there was a website that received the list of all Darkhorse comics coming out for a given month. This website was not only posted as a source to the Universe Forum before, but entire threads were made off of using that website as a source. Way before Issue #3 and #4 were confirmed on Darkhorse's own website, Issue #3 and #4 were confirmed on the website that I was banned over. No disciplinary action of any type was given to those who used the website as a source. For context, this is the website, specifically the page that shows Issue #5 was not a rumor or leak: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=50201 Scroll down until you see Issue #5. Lastly, you yourself claim that content not posted on Waypoint is considered a leak. This is a gross misuse of judicial power as no one was ever informed that that statement was a rule, and no other user has been banned for posting something originally confirmed on a different website regarding Halo. The entire series of Escalation was confirmed on Darkhorse months before it was ever confirmed on Waypoint, and no one was ever banned over that. To summarize, I feel I was wrongfully banned for posting a source that was acceptable in the past to prove the topic of discussion (Issue #5) was not a leak or rumor. The whole notion of the Spirit of Fire returning was fan conjecture on Waypoint itself based on the summary for Issue #5. -Onyx81
Sent, although It's probably going to go ignored.

They'll respond... They always do... Inform me when you get a reply ASAP.
-
Nope. Why what happened?
-
This is the official statement given by Waypoint Mods: Anything not announced or confirmed on Waypoint is considered a leak. They banned us and then said that... Anyway, I can't dispute how stupid this is, so I was wondering if you could pass a message along to a mod for me. If you accept, know there is a risk of being punished.

I am sorry for that bs. Comic Book Resources is one of the largest and most trusted resources for comics on the web. Considering CBR a leak is like saying an article on IGN is a leak.
