And it was EPIC!!! I can recommend anyone to see the movie, even if you're not into zombie movies. (Like me)
No exessive gore, strong characters, good story and no plotholes.
8,5/10
What did you think about it?

It was funny, and it was good, but it wasn't good because it was good. It's one of those so bad it's good movies. Funniest parts:
Clacking teeth mouse zombie, and the laughable ridiculousness of when he threw a grenade inside a -blam!-ing airplane XD
7/10 It was okay, but nothing special.

I saw it last night actually, bloody fantastic movie. I liked it a little more than Man of Steel. Now I'm just waiting for Pacific Rim

1 ReplyBest part was when all the israelis get munched. Also the Pepsi advertisement!

1 ReplyWhat did you think of Man of Steel, and are you going to watch Pacific Rim? I don't really care about the first part as it doesn't really phase me, but I need to know about the second.

1 ReplySo you jisted, but its only 8.5?

I'm willing to say 9/10.

Brilliant film 9/10. I kinda wish it focused a bit more on survival. I've read the Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks who wrote World War Z, and the amount of detail he was able to go into is so impressive, it's actually quite scary. Not because Brooks comes across as an obsessive but because you begin to believe its true.

I agree. it was much better than i expected.

I thought it was okay.

6-7/10 I think it was trying to get across the scale and size of a zombie apocalypse. It was pretty good, except everyone was emotionless. It was literally Plants vs. Zombies. And we didn't find much out about the source or the proper cure. Which was annoying.

That's a pretty generous rating. I gave it a 7/10. The story isn't really good, and that's not too surprising. It consisted of a zombie breakout where people need to leave populated areas and then the main character ended up finding a solution (use that term loosely) to the problem. The story isn't bad, but it's not really worth praising. The action however is very nice. They convey the chaos of the situation very well and the pace of film is really good. You're never really in the same place for a long time in that film, and I like how they kept things moving.

1 ReplyEdited by Capiton Render: 7/8/2013 8:21:03 PM9/10 nothing like the book, but as far as zombie movies go, it was well done. Well produced, not as much gratuitous violence as usual, and good to see it being taken seriously, looking forward tot eh sequels.
