So drug trafficking being illegal is a horrific law? What laws are not evil in your eyes?
On top of that, these police officers did what they had to do. If there were other options, it was their decision to go about the engagement the way they did. You can't preach total individual freedom and then go and call people stupid for going about their business how they choose to do so. You insult them for their methods, for their beliefs and values in what is right and wrong, and for the fervor with which they hold those beliefs, as such that it is to them worth ramming a plane over, for their own personal choices, and you're ideologically no better than a tyrant.
No, drugs being illegal is the horrific laws, and any law that infringes on freedoms or rights is an evil one. I can't believe you're not already aware and I have to explain this to you. The drug laws are what creates the trafficking and increases crime drastically because of a black market. Or did you completely forget about alcohol prohibition causing people like Al Capone to become one of the most powerful persons at the time? Keep drinking the Kool-Aid.
Or they could have just let them take off instead of risking their own lives over nonsense. What they are doing is not freedom, that is why you're confused.
