I've been watching Ancient Aliens recently, and although some of the stuff it suggests is silly, it raises some valid points.
We know that aliens exist. You have to be pretty arrogant to believe that they don't. There is, in my opinion, a lot of evidence that aliens exist. That is to say, if you subscribe to the concept of uniformitarianism, then planet Earth is evidence for extraterrestrial life.
Expanding on from that, this is what I don't understand. Why is it that a lot of people are very quick to take to the idea of an omnipotent supernatural being as a God and not an alien race? Which is more likely? The aliens. So why is the idea shunned?
