Does visiting once count? Would it help if I said I had a really good time?

Yeah I guess. Where to did you visit?

Edited by Sir Dinkydruk: 4/8/2013 10:37:22 PMI stayed for a week in Llangorse, near Brecon. We visited Ludlow, in England. We went to St. Davids cathedral, which inspired my British Cathedral Tour, and to a reconstruction of a celtic Iron Age hillfort. We also visited Pentre Ifan, and we went to Llyn y fan fach, which was cool because I had read the story. But my favourite thing was walking up to the top of the hill near Llangorse Lake, to the site of an ancient hill fort. Just walking past the fields and through the shrub was awesome, I felt 12 again. Also, the weather was nice the entire time we were there. It only rained once, and that was at night.

You must have visited at a good time then it sounds great. Wales is mostly good but just stay away from certain towns

Yeah, I had a fantastic time. It was also the first time visiting the UK, after hearing/reading/seeing a lot about it, so it was kind of special. I still want to visit a lot of cathedrals in Wales, and maybe some historical sites on Anglesey, because I'm a nutter for Celts.

Wales has loads of castles. Quite a few myths too.
