There are plenty of sleeping pills you can try taking. Or you could try having a bath/shower before sleeping, the heat is proven to help induce sleep. However I suggest you deal with what's troubling you, if you still struggle to sleep then talk to your GP. You could possibly take time to try and relieve said stress, hang out with your friends, walk your dog (if you own one) or take part in a sport (I personally suggest swimming).
