Hey yall, I wanted to know if there is a single human being that works for the Bungie Store customer support instead of it just being robots looking for keywords to give out prewritten "help" that has 0 to do with your problems.
I got the Witch Queen Collectors Edition, the Ghost arrived broken, his Eye is all messed up, he doesnt light up and the plattform doesnt work correctly as well because the switches have been screwed in wrong.
I have written them 5 emails so far asking for either a functioning Ghost or my money back.
So far literally every response has been about where I can find the emblem code without a single word about my Ghost or a refund.
Are there are humans working at Bungie here that can help me out or do I have seriously have to get a lawyer to get my money or Ghost just because Bungie doesnt have a Customer Support (with humans, not 100% bots)
