The secondary perk "Lock and Load" states:[quote]While surrounded by multiple combatants, defeating a combatant with a Fusion Rifle, Shotgun, Sidearm, or Submachine Gun adds ammo for that weapon to your reserves.[/quote] Except that now primary ammo weapons have infinite reserves making this perk effectively useless for SMGs and Sidearms (even though it technically SHOULD work with the Forerunner exotic Sidearm since that actually does use special ammo, in actuality it doesn't add any special ammo to its reserves, yet another reason why the mod needs updating in that regard if nothing else). So unless you're planning to add a special ammo exotic SMG at some point (and actually make it and Forerunner work properly with Lock and Load) then the secondary perk should be updated to either give SMGs and primary Sidearms some other benefit (like a partial reload similar to subsistence), or those weapons should be removed from the secondary perk entirely and the energy cost of the mod reduced to 6 to make up for it having effectively less functionality than when it was introduced. I know Bungie seems to want everyone to move away from Charged with Light mods these days anyway but that's still no excuse for making a big sweeping change like infinite primary reserves and not updating a mod perk that specifically interacts with certain weapon reserves.
