Should Glass Needles make a return to Destiny 2?
As the poll asked, Should glass needles be brought into Destiny 2?
I'm making this poll to see if there are people like me who are mentally tired of grinding HOURS a day only to not get a single high stat piece of Exotic or legendary armor to their liking. I know this game is heavily RNG-based, There has got to be something besides a ghost mod that can alter the outcome of gear, which sometimes even that doesn't help.
I wanted to propose a somewhat WILD idea to add Glass Needles into the game that could work how they used to in Destiny 1, which re-rolled your Exotic armor stats.
My Idea of a better version of Glass Needles would work as followed, say you got a high stat Exotic or Legendary piece of armor, let's say a 64 stat total with no mods equipped, And all the stats are placed in spots that you don't like, You could use the Glass Needles to re-allocate those 64 stats and put them where you want.
I know this could somewhat change the flow of the game to a degree, However, there are many builds I would love to use and try, I personally always feel like I'm limited to specific exotics and legendaries based on the stats that they are.
With that said, I think this would be awesome to have with all the new 3.0 subclasses that are on the way, Just so players and make builds to their liking and to adjust to more their style of play.
Love you Bungie, keep up the hard work.
