it's abysmal, I don't have to specify why. OR you permanently keep trials freelance, either way stuff improves.

Bungie needs to make the matchmaking more balanced and stop putting ppl into games against players that are far better than they are the game would be more fun it’s no fun to play a game that you get ran over because ppl cheat and do nothing but play the game 24/7 and have every god roll weapon there is and the average player can’t get it cause this game caters to to the streamers and ppl that live in moms basement

1 ReplyFirst match in Trials this weekend. Got matched with Flawless players and a guilded unbroken. Second game, matched with asians, so i have 200+ ping... The hell am I meant to fight this bs?

3 RepliesThe only way to force Bungie to make changes is to stop playing. PVP thrives off of lower skilled players feeding the higher skilled. If half of the people who want change stopped playing PVP for one month, you would get that change. Put the crack pipe down.

Bungie has the the worst PVP match making I have ever had the displeasure of being abused by, I got put in a lobby with 2 people that have over 1m kills in their all time PVP. Bungie really needs to do something about it makes the super casual players suffer
-
Or fix the matchmaking so we don't need freelance to psychologically make people feel better than they are......
-
They need to undo the abilities and super nerfs… am playing with people who are obviously new to the game not even getting their super before it’s a mercy.. Bungie has screwed new players badly

Edited by captain_awesom6: 3/27/2022 8:14:36 AMnothing will ever change mate ... you cater to the casuals the sweats and streamers whine and you go the other way the pop slams into the ground this is the main reason they did what they did with the passes and rank up system so the casual can still get gear etc..... solo vs stacks will always struggle most time it will be stomps but even if you go in with a 3 stack of average players majority of the time sweats will still be found and stomp the average players the real only way to fix it is SBMM but remove solo quing etc but then that makes the streamers doing carries etc complain and the sweats whine as they cant stomp anymore it would be essentially the same as the flawless pool thats why they wait till sundays to activate it to try give a bit to both sides etc.... end result is both sides of the pop will never be happy its trying to find that happy balance for both sides

it's abysmal, I don't have to specify why
I know why. You don't like playing people who are better than you. That's not bad matchmaking, that's just how pvp works.

3 RepliesHow about git gud? I played streamers today and lost to 1 so far. Instead of blaming matchmaking, blame yourself.

1 ReplyThey’d never do that because gjake owns trials and if he gets any type of formidable opponents he’ll grab his ball and leave. Bungie treats these guys like gods just for a few thousand twitch viewers.
-
They've ignored PVP for years. Do you actually think they're gonna make any drastic changes at this point?
-
1 Replyi think, you misunderstood the whole concept behind bungie as company. they dont want to improve this game, they want to force you grind this game for months, make you pay money again and aganin while removing content from the game. And all this to make you suffer. Basically it is the tv series "the good place" but inside a pc game.

When duo queueing in trials I would consistently get teammates that were below 1540. One of such a complete garbage player that I checked his stats to find out that the best KDA he had all day was a 1.0 in just one of his matches.
