Game pass Help

Hello, I have the following problem. My Crossave is locked for 90 days because I accidentally turned it off. I thought I'd play a new character on Steam right away and then stop using the Playstation. I started playing on the Playstation and then switched to the PC, which also worked great thanks to crossave until I just switched it off. Got all expansions including Witch Queen Deluxe Edition and 30 year Bungie Pack on Steam. So I should also have the season passes. But unfortunately they are no longer available on Steam when I play the new character, even though everything has been purchased. Hope someone can help me. I'm a beginner and the crossave alone is really annoying, but now my passes are gone too.

  • Season passes are assigned to the characters that first log in on the platform that purchased the Deluxe Edition. You logged into Steam while cross save was on, so your season passes were assigned to your PSN characters. With cross save now off, your PSN characters and the associated season passes can only be accessed on a Playstation console. You can verify this by launching D2 on a PS4 or PS5 while logged into your PSN account.
