anyone know how to solve this issue with bungie rewards error saying to please update email preferences? I have changed my email and it still will not let me redeem my rewards.

2 RepliesAlright so i had the same issues as everyone here. I updated everything in bungie.net account and nothing worked. I went to bungie store.com and accessed my account there. I went to account and updated the subscription. went back to my digital rewards and am now able to claim the sherpa emblem. Hopefully this helps.

Literally anyone can get the emblem now if they completed the raid. Not only did it take forever to obtain now anyone can get it. My friend that has one Sherpa has the emblem. Smh...

Same issue here as well and I did as the Help page requested and updated my old store account and made sure they were linked correctly and still getting the same error

Same issue. Am using a fairly common email provider with Gmail. So hmm Bungie any comment? Working on it?

Same here. Glad I'm not the only one. Tried changing emails, changing actual email preferences and adding phone number. Still no luck. Hope they figure it out

yup same issue, on top of that i cant put in my UK phone number for sms please bungie get to fixing stuff like this, its ridiculous.
