Hey bungie, love Witch Queen! But I wanted to see how the community felt about timed events. I don't care for them , but it isn't about me!

1 ReplyYour gonna have to be more specific when you say timed events. I’m have a hard time following.

If you are talking about a mission timer, then if used sparingly I don't mind them. With wq I think that we have too many missions with a timer to increase difficulty, which can be interpreted as being lazy. Just like for prestige nightfalls back in the day, bungies idea of being difficult was a dumb timer.

Only reason I don't like timed events is because I like to explore zones. Every nook and cranny

Sprinting through everything is fun 🤤

I HATE timers. Hate, Hate, Hate!!!!! Why do they continue to do timers?
-
I wouldn't want a year long, dawning or festival of the lost.

Depends on the activity and the timer for it. Some I don’t like, some I don’t mind at all.

1 ReplyIt really depends on the kind of event tbh. What kind are you referring to specifically, or is this purposely general?

I don’t play to jump through Bungie hoops. It’s a way to try to distract from boring content. Another tunnel, bunch of ads and a locked room boss fight - boring. Let’s add a timer and suddenly it’s supposed to be fun. Nope.

1 ReplySome of our best missions came from a timed mission. I miss the whisper and Zero hour…

I only like timed events that happen every year, Halloween, Dawning, etc. I wish April Fools was an event, I love april fools.
