Edited by hate n payne: 3/9/2022 7:36:10 PMYou know Bungie has a special love for a certain class or hates the idea of power or fun in the game. We are still beta testing the game. I definitely can see them addressing a potential problem for it regardless for Solar 3.0 in the future but simply greying out the exotic for a better solution would have easily suffice. Then they could have given the players who grab the exotic at the end of the campaign the chance for the other exotic to drop anywhere in game without needing to go into a lost sector.

Sunspot nerf was made for the exotic helmet. The helmet then comes out and basically breaks the game if the titan was running max recovery because the titan could actually spam sunspots every second in the middle of a fight due to not having any cooldowns. Bungie then nerfs exotic in hopes of coming back to it later on in the future. All they had to do was honestly add a cooldown so titans aren’t able to make 2-3 sunspots in one fight in pvp or turn the whole map into a sunspot in pve. Real simple solution without having to nerf an exotic to garbage tier

I love using sunspots, especially since I got the Loreley. But lately red bar scorn are running through them completely unphased, even when my barricade is up, slows them down and the orange bars can still survive while walking through slowly.
