I am having the same issue. Ever since I installed the Witch Queen add on. Trouble is, Bungie already said they did a fix on this issue with this last patch update and that turned out to be untrue. This is a major bug cause many of us are trying to finish this campaign before going full tilt into the Witch Queen campaign and after all the money I spent, I now am starting to feel some buyers remorse and am thinking I may see if I can get my money back and then just end my relationship with Bungie and Destiny period. Cut my losses. I mean this same bug is on PC, Xbox and Playstation and it has been going on for a week or so and no fix. Just something that says they fixed it, but whatever they did, it didn't fix it and now seems like the issue is being ignored. Man, this is so frustrating. Never had a single issue with Destiny regarding this kind of issue and now this. What gives? Please fix this issue cause I ain't gonna play no more till it is and I know many who feel the same.
