  • At least BNGHelp6 used to show up every couple of days to let us know what the progress was. BNGHelp7 hasn't told us squat since plopping it onto the known issues list.

  • Seems like we're not gonna be able to get to play D2 again for a month again after WQ launch just like Season of the Lost, but this time it's not a 6 month long season, if this ends up being the case we're only going to get 2 months of this season.

  • Exactly, I have had a raid team set up even before WQ even came out, after the latest hotfix did litterally nothing for this I was replaced by someone else who actually has a working D2, So that's a big thanks to bungie for that I guess...

    This, or Bungie quickly changes their Sys Reqs and removes Win 7. They obviously dont test on Win 7 anymore and this can only mean that they already abandoned it.

    Oh yeah, they 100% don't test their builds on the operating systems stated on the System Requirements on the Steam page, Which they should obviously, Cause right at this moment, the Store page is badly misleading as it says it works on 7, 8.1 & 10 whereas it only works on one of them Operating Systems. As for changing the requirements, they won't be able to, not during a current expansion, they'll HAVE to fix it, If they want to abandon W7 they'll have to make some kind of statement before Lightfall comes out, Cause imagine if you've bought the Deluxe Edition of WQ (Which i got thanks to a birthday present from a friend), which includes all 4 seasons for the entire year and they cut you off mid way through the year, like i said earlier, they'll HAVE to fix it.

    Havent read their EULA yet, but afaik most Game Developers have a point in there that allows them to change Sys Reqs without further noticing. I highly assume that this is in Bungie‘s EULA for Destiny as well. It would obviously be the worst case scenario and i still hope they get this fixed. But considering that it happened two times in a row now makes me wonder whether it makes sense to stay in good hope - or not. Thats why i instantly switched back to the PS4 now while i kept waiting on PC in the last season. Its a shame that a game has so much influence on me that i take steps i would normally just ignore 🥺

  • That is true, i'll be checking it out when i am able to, Either way if they do decide to change it then that's a real bad move on their side and i'd start demanding refunds real damn fast but for the time being i honestly don't think they will... not yet anyway.
