Hello there,
I would recommend trying to restoring your licenses first. Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.

Thanx, I deleted the game. Was a huge supporter of the franchise and content. What happened to PS4 players such as myself is absolutely not acceptable. Paying for content to then be blocked and then to sort out problem after problem for someone else, try experiencing it every season since D2 launch, get a bit old...

This happens to players on all platforms, licenses are handled exclusively by the platform (xbox, steam, stadia, and playstation). If restoring licenses doesn't work, the only option is to have store support verify your purchase and manually restore the license. Unfortunately, that can only be done by platform support.

Agree and understand that, yes it does make sense. Why then do the Triumphs in game show as NOT complete? Is that a platform issue as well?
-
No, but that is not what your post was about so I have no information on that issue.
-
Well actually, that is how I discovered that I was not able to run Shattered Throne nor Last Wish Raid nor Corrupted Strike. It is all linked to the Forsaken DLC content.
-
Then it ties back to the licenses

And just as a FYI, I have been trying to contact the Playstation Support since your post, Still NO response or help... Abdication of Responsibility from both sides...

Unfortunately licenses are solely controlled by the platform. Bungie cannot access your purchase history nor can they issue or remove licenses. So you will have to work with whatever support Playstation gives.
