Collector's Edition Delays and Warehouse Issues

As the title suggests, I have only now received my Witch Queen Collector's Edition. In both the FAQ's and email correspondence to the community, it was stated that the merchandise would "on or before 22 February 2022". Given as it is now March 2nd, this was clearly not the case. Not only has the package arrived far later than advised, the shipping order for the Collector's Edition was listed as being "In the order they were received". I'm no mathematician, but if someone ordered theirs within 30 minutes, and people who ordered theirs on the 31st of August got theirs [i]early[/i], there is obviously an issue with the new warehousing service that is being used. I have tried numerous times to try and get a response from the new PMC fulfillment team regarding the sharp increase in shipping costs to me (3x higher since the warehouse change which moved it closer to me), as well as the delays to the CE, and have been met with nothing but radio silence. I love this game, and I love being able to get collectible items for my hard earned achievements, such as seals, but the new warehouse has screwed up so many things since they took over, that I can't justify continuing to support the creators of something I enjoy. Has anyone else had these similar issues? Is anyone at Bungie looking into the warehousing issues? What is being done to address these issues? This is not an isolated issue. My friend who purchased the Vault of Glass jacket received an email on 14 December stating that the jacket was "being prepared for transit" and that an update would be sent in January. Not only has the jacket supposedly not arrived at the warehouse yet, they did not send an update in January, and only provided an update on 13 February after sending an email for information. Please, someone from Bungie, I would like to hear your input on what is going on.
