Like I said, I have not received a single response from them. Bungie pays their contract, Bungie certainly has a way of dealing with them outside of the ticket system. It's been nearly a month since I put in tickets, and have heard nothing back beyond an automated response.

The [i]forums[/i] can't, but Bungie most assuredly can. If there was a way for people to actually submit help tickets beyond their limited scope, then I would do so. The new warehouse have been beyond useless, and this is a matter that Bungie, who changed to a new warehouse service, needs to hear. Obviously the store tickets are falling on deaf ears, so what exactly would you suggest as an avenue? No, sending another ticket to the trash bin on the store is not valid because THEY AREN'T ANSWERING.
