Problem with the new season.

How can I get back the new season.

I purchased the 30th addition of the witch queen on my steam account, but this account was linked to my newer Xbox account. I went to cross save my older Xbox account to my steam account and all was fine till I saw the new season wasn’t available for me. Ik the 30th addition includes the new season. How should I resolve this to get the new season?? I don’t want to spend more money in addition to the $100:(

  • Season passes are assigned to the characters that first log in on the platform that purchased the package. In your case you purchased the package on Steam. The API shows you played D2 on Steam prior to having cross save enabled as of a day ago. If this was after your purchase then your bundled season passes were assigned to the Steam characters. You now have cross save enabled with XBox as the primary account. This means when you log into Steam now all you will see are your XBox characters. The Steam characters and the passes assigned to them are now dormant. There is no way to transfer season passes between accounts. If you wish to have access to the season passes on your XBox characters you will need to purchase them from Eververse each season. You will not have to spend $100, each season costs $10, so at most $40 by the time we get to season 19.
