I'm not sure if this is the correct place to put this so I apologise in advance.
I bought the Witch Queen Collector's Edition from the Bungie Store and am having issues with the Witch Queen DLC or lack thereof. As part of the collection I was sent a code to redeem the Witch Queen Deluxe Edition + 30th Anniversary Bundle. I got the 30th Anniversary just fine and it shows up as "purchased" in my library, but the Witch Queen and Witch Queen Deluxe Edition are showing up as not purchased in both the Playstation store and in-game, showing as requiring a full charge for the purchase.
I have gotten in touch with Playstation Support and they have verified the redemption code I used as having been redeemed properly and that the content should be available on my account. I followed their troubleshoot instructions requiring me to uninstall, reinstall, verify my licences and clear my console cache. Even after following these instructions numerous times, I am still unable to access the content I have already purchased.
I have supplied Playstation support with video and picture evidence to support my claim, but it does not appear to be going very smoothly. I was hoping that someone could either direct me to a contact form or a support option I can pursue on Bungie's end that is specifically for missing DLC content / purchases. I could only find a form regarding missing Eververse content and have already more or less exhausted my options following up the issue with Playstation Support.
I really don't want to be double-charged and at this stage I'm pretty sure I've lost access to pre-order bonuses. I would greatly appreciate any help that could be provided.

1 ReplyHey, Really sorry to hear this, Unfortunately due to Bungie being the manufacturer of the content and not the actual retailer it is very hard to assist with issues regarding DLC license allocation. I would recommend Restoring the Game License (I can see that you have tried this however trying again can't hurt) as this can help with issues regarding DLC not being activated, however if this does not help then you will have to pursue PlayStation Support further. Really sorry I am not able to assist further.
