Im having the same issue, as a lot of people who bought the collectors edition of the game.

  • There was no wite envolope inluded in my CE i cant play the campaign or have access to season pass. i Am waiting days for answer from bungie store. I have tweeted at 3 of your accounts and what answer do i get nothing at all dead silence

  • It's weird Bungie has not put out a statement considering this is affecting multiple people. I had figured this was just my luck.

  • This has been a problem for a LARGE number of people since we received the codes to redeem back in August last year. Code on PSN says that it is for both WQ DE and 30th Anni, but only 30th Anni showed as being "Purchased" on PSN. I had some friends saying "Don't worry, it'll unlock when the DLC drops" in the leadup to release, so I didn't think anything of it but it most definitely did not. This is something that community members have been worried about for months, but we never got a response in here from Bungie about it, other than "Restore Licences". I hope this gets fixed ASAP, because you've got the people who paid the most (i.e. the most hardcore of Destiny/Bungie supporters) being left out in the cold and not able to play something they were sold 8-9 months ago.

  • Has anyone gotten a response. I’m about to call my credit card company because this is ridiculous. I haven’t gotten a response from the bungie store and it’s been a week or so.
