It would be interesting to see if they will allow refunds for people who want to cancel after this mess up. May give a read into if this was their plan all along. Cut out some of the player base on day one to reduce the load on the servers.

Yeah, woke Bungie who cares more about identity politics screwing over PS4 players to save face for the next gen players. Scumbag move is 100% right. I paid for this expansion right when it was announced and available with the understanding that I could play it day one. Liars, Bungie. Typical videogame industry bullcrap.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Unreal move making PS4 players wait in queue just to download double the file size of everyone else.

Im pretty sure it was on purpose. File got installed immediately after download without spending even few seconds on copying. Right after installation Ive noticed that all download history for d2 vanished. I could believe in accident if it wouldve happened in year 1 or year 2 of d2, but not in year 5. They are too familiar with platform architecture to screw up so badly.
