Witch Queen Collector’s Edition shipment lost

Not sure if this is the proper place to post but my Witch Queen Collector’s Edition was supposed to arrive on Saturday the 19th. It has been sitting in Ellenwood, Georgia since the 15th. When researching this FedEx facility it seems it’s notorious for losing/stealing packages. FedEx support is useless and due to the shipping method FedEx SmartPost it falls on Bungie to file a claim so their is very little I can do. To summarize CE has been in the Ellenwood, GA FedEx black hole for ~132 hours = 5.5 days and has yet to arrive. Anyone else having issues receiving their purchase?

    Bungie store is notorious for having VERY bad customer service. I’ve had my 4th Grimoire Anthology Royal Will book sitting who knows where for two months, I put in a ticket and it took them weeks to get back to me. They got back to me only two weeks after that when the book finally came in the mail and they only said “seems this was delivered”. At least you know where it is unlike me, maybe try calling the Fedex customer service center and giving them the tracking number? It sometimes gets things moving. If I am believing right FedEx Smartpost works with the USPS as well for final delivery so maybe try calling the USPS? That’s all I can think of.
