Bungie employees only, no streamer carries, no special treatment. Just current Bungie staff in Trials, same as the rest of us.
Would like to see your take on the game mode, especially after this weekend's matchmaking changes. Assuming you won't, because it's pvp.

Shh, they’ll get ya
-
9 RepliesBungie employees used to go into crucible and if you beat them they would give you an emblem.
-
None of them are capable of competing in their own system so that's likely not to happen.

Edited by Aether, Primordial of Lght: 11/3/2021 5:57:13 AMI'd rather just see a live stream every week or so in their board room meetings... Employee: Sir, the new Trials changes are a hit! The mode is alive again! Congratulations. Boss-man: How much money did we make off it? Employee: Sir... Trials isn't under any form of monetizati- Boss-mon: Destroy it.

2 tokens and a blue

this. challenge

8 RepliesYou mean you want them to venture into the wilds of matchmaking? No internal testing environments, no focus groups, no private lobbies, no pre-selected players? You want them to play against the peasantry and common-folk? Are you MAD? I doubt they'd survive the experience. Old Bungie would REVEL in the opportunity and challenge...New Bungie? HA!

Game devs dont need to actually play D2 or ANY game for that matter. Thats most likely not why they are in the profession, but still create excellent work and maybe think of things different...sounds weird to type, but its true. HOWEVER, the issue I feel is prominent is that those devs outweigh the actual devs that play the game and understand how it works and plays for the player base. Resulting in incredibly odd decisions and things that dont make sense from a gameplay perspective.
-
They would play stacked with some sweaty content creators anyways so who cares. Thats what they cater to so it would be that. Wouldn't prove anything.
-
5 Replieson the PVE side of things, I'd like to see one of them stream themselves doing bounties for an hour per day for a month to re-earn access to the same content each season (MVOG)

-
I want to watch them suffer through Corrupted(GM) and Master VoG. Then, I will be satisfied.
-
They know they can’t play the game they made. If they did? If they actually grinded like some of us do? They’d get a really good idea as to what this game could become.
-
11 RepliesI've already seen a few to last a life time of comedy watching them play. It explains a lot with this game, and that isn't a good thing at all.
-
Absolutely. This past weekend's change in Trials matchmaking tells you everything you need to know about how much they test their PVP (they don't) or how competent they are at playing it (they aren't). Nobody read that last TWAB and thought: "Oh, my God, that's an awesome change for Trials! These guys are pure geniuses!". Nobody.

3 Replies1. Have you tried shatterdiving more? 2. Maybe you would do better, if you didn't run dumb things like hawkmoon, on a long-range map :)

And make them play at least 6 hours straight of non stop trials. For their own safety remove anything sharp from the room

Edited by SmittyNwess: 11/2/2021 8:23:04 PMI love reading this post and responses. Devs need to hop on and drop some Bags or get Bagged it’s the only way out of this post lol This game needs a T-bag counter like splitgate
-
Just grinding any crucible match in general would be interesting. Ide love to see all the "fun" they have in the pvp they designed
-
1) Take 2 down 2) t-bag 3) let them res 4) rinse and repeat steps 1 to 3 to hearts desire 🤣🤣🤣
-
I would be as toxic as possible if I played against Bungie devs in trials.
-
I’d absolutely love to see that.

9 RepliesThere’s clips from back in the taken kings release. It is something else watching that group play……. Reminds me of the one time I managed to get my dad to try halo over a decade ago and he couldn’t grasp moving and aiming simultaneously

2 RepliesI really wish they would go back to activision. At least someone there could light a fire under their -blam!- to fix aspects of the game such as matchmaking, bug fixes, weapons balancing etc. I dont really like activision but when it was on battle.net this game was so much more stable and never had issues playing pvp.
