Um... so where in this post do you support the claim of the Leviathan being 1/3 the size of the Almighty?

<It was a post I made a long time ago. Rough Estimates: The Leviathan or something like that.>

Cool, I guess. So... what's the support for that claim?

<Jesus christ. So Nessus IRL is roughly 60 km in diameter. Factoring this into the game makes it the smallest destination. The fact that its core is in plain view within little distance reinforces this. The Traveler's Dream cutscene puts the planetoid at half the size of the Leviathan's maw. So... take that and account for the length of the ship and the Grand Leviathan ends up being somewhere between 700-1200 km long. The Moon is 3474 km in diameter. The Almighty is pretty much the same size (thanks end credits) and the Dreadnaught is a bit bigger by a hundred or so km. Conclusion, the Leviathan is one of the bigger ships in the game, but is still smaller than the Almighty and Dreadnaught.>
The Moon is 3474 km in diameter. The Almighty is pretty much the same size (thanks end credits)
We never see the Almighty next to earth's moon so I'm not sure this is an accurate statement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yDESisqoVk. We do, however, see it next to Mercury (the planet it is devouring) which is a little bit larger than our moon at 4879 km in diameter. If you watch the end cut scene, the Almighty's full wingspan takes up about half of the diameter of mercury so it's safe to assume that the Almighty is roughly 2400 km. I'm no expert, but the lore leads me to believe that the Leviathan is much larger than any of the other ships. It's supposed to be so large, in fact, that we never even see all of it in one image or scene. Meanwhile, the Dreadnought floats comfortably within the rings of Saturn, making you think it's not all that big, by comparison. However, you're correct that Nessus is roughly 60 km in diameter, and the Leviathan doesn't appear all that much larger in the Traveler's dream, so I think you're on to something. Curious!

<Alright, to be fair I didn't do the whole measurement thing with the Almighty, I just know that it was bigger than the Leviathan by the end of it. Thanks for the info.>
