Ugh I really hope Ill never have to do a raid with people like you because it sounds like a painfully arrogant experience to any new person trying to enjoy the game.
Not to mention that your tips don't really help, except to boost your ego of course.

Contrary to popular opinion? All you really need to succeed with most sherpa's is be able to have a conversation about what you like to do regarding roles. The conversation is pretty straightforward: Argos Ph. 1 During this part, we have defenders and runners. Defenders stay to their designated zone and kill all the adds which spawn. They also will help their runner by grabbing that first cranium, but don't grab it right off the bat. It will start the encounter. Defenders typically will also have first sights to the mines which will spawn. So you'll simply have to look up and say what you see like 2 Void one Solar. Runners have an easier job in the sense they are solely responsible for grabbing the appropriate cranium, running to the named side, and shooting the crystal mines. They then grab another cranium, deposit it into their respective slot, and run another cranium to the next crystal corresponding with their damage type. After that, you basically pick. One is a slayer and the other a pure objective player. You can get a little more complicated in the sense a runner in an odd position coming back might ask their defender to grab a cranium and deposit it, but it depends on the circumstances. That's it.
