i dont see how.... i've never played either, but when i watch fortnite videos all i can think is: wow.... this combat sucks... everybody just does the lame little jumps all the time to prolong a fight that seems like it hardly has any skill involved....
but again... thats just from a watcher perspective. PUBG seems like it takes more skill and no pointless base building.
Correct me if i am wrong.

Edited by girflush: 1/4/2018 8:23:15 AMI haven't played pubg but with fortnite there is no aim assist and the sniping is not hitscan. I hear Destiny players streamers etc blaming bloom or whatever when really they are just used to a generous amount of both aim assist and hit box size.

From what I've heard there isn't any aim assist on pubg as well.

I play Titanfall 2 and use the Kraber sniper, whuch has zero aim assist, bullet travel time, and bullet drop. And people can move very very fast in that game, so its a legit challenge/struggle to use it. Its probably the hardest to learn weapon i have ever used in a video game.

So you are saying that it does take skill to play fortnight? Or does it just take having an advantage? It looks like the player who has the tactical advantage is the one who wins, not the most skilled gunfighter. And thats not necessarily a bad thing! Thats just what it looks like when i watch it. 3rd person shooters always look awkward though... even PUBG looks awkward.
