I'm insanely disappointed with this ..."raid." If you can even call it that. I'd rather do Prison of Elders for a couple hours than do this again. WotM was gold. This is... eh. So freakin disappointing man...

Would rather do prison of the elders? Wrath of the machine was golden? Yeah, you don't know what you're talking about.
-
Prison was sarcasm. Aksis had the best team-based mechanics for a boss fight.
-
First of all, you should look up the word sarcasm. You're not doing that right. Second of all, wrath did not have the best team mechanics. And that would go to Pep Boys...
-
Yeah you're right! :)

The raid is creative. I like that it's not just a boss rush. It's mechanics and communication and teamwork. If a big space elephant emperor was going to challenge guardians I'm glad that he didn't do it in the way of setting forth three to four rooms with a tanky ass boss in each because we all know how much skill it takes to shoot your gun at a big fn enemy.
-
WoTM was easy dude. It was more fun cheesing the bosses and trying to 1 phase them then the actual mechanics being enjoyable. I mean the raid was solo-able, that says a lot. Calus is at least not solo-able. Most of the raid is an idiot check however, and most casuals won't be able to complete it with ease, so stay in school if you want to beat Calus!

I liked it

😂😂 poe
-
I kinda have to agree with you. I was expecting som actual Bosses with abilities.

-
Wtf 😭😂😂

VOG was Gold. All else fails to compare.

Nah the nostalgia of VoG makes it gold. The raid itself was cutting edge at the time but overall uninspired. Got its attention for being better than the base game, (protect ghost while he hacks) then Crota happened and VoG was so much better it got propelled to God status. Now it's a fantastic time piece, but wouldn't stand up to the test of experienced raiders the same way Aksis did or even Leviathan did. I love VoG but I'm not blinded by nostalgia
-
VoG has nostalgia because you just kept going deeper into the unknown. Small tunnels led to huge rooms. You knew a boss encounter was right around the corner. You assumed nothing and hoped for it. One "boss" fight hardly constitutes a raid. Puzzles are fine, and I enjoy them intertwined with a raid. They add mystery. I raid for boss fights, mechanics, and loot. Not just puzzles.

Counting the dogs this raid has 2 bosses and they totally nailed the feel of the ship, it actually feels like an awesome raid and the non-linear aspect blew me away
-
Do you get more than just tokens from dogs?
-
I got a sword and some people got armor
-
I had the scout from them yesterday
-
I can get behind that lol. I just reeeeaaaally loved Aksis
-
I do have to admit the Mechanics behind him was pretty cool. Sadly most just didn't get it at all.
-
And that soundtrack <3 amazing
-
100% agree. It makes me wonder if I even want to continue playing tbh.
-
Lol I thought you were really hyped about the game and was talking down everyone who had reservations about D2. Guess they were right

Game is great. Hate this raid.
