I try to sleep but can't get comfy (absolutely necessary for me to fall asleep) so I use the phone a bit and try to last until I get really tired.
Not a very good strategy but I don't have anything else really.
I wish sleep wasn't necessary for us humans, otherwise I'd never sleep.

A phone screen is like the worst thing you could look at before going to bed. Should try and not look at it for an hour before sleeping.

Eh, not too worried anyway, I don't have trouble with waking up.

Something to do with blue light makes your brain think it's still daylight.

It was happening way before aswell (I can't remember honestly how long ago, but probably most of my life), this is kind of a "result, not cause" situation. But I'll keep it in mind.
