Should have clarified. Are you on devices that produce blue light an hour before you try to sleep? If so it disrupts melatonin levels and makes it harder to sleep. You can also buy melatonin sleep aids to help you fall asleep. It won't ruin your sleep cycles like Advil pms do. Try to wake up earlier. At like 8 am.
