I predict nobody knows anything until September.

  • Well that's not a great prediction. For one thing, the people who make the game sure know a lot. For another, they've already told us a lot about a lot. We know a LOT of stuff about Adventures and Lost Sectors and the way they're redesigning subclasses and giving us class abilities. We know that ships and emblems will be returning, we know about the weapon system, how clans and guided games will interact. And I mean, those are very core functions and mechanics to the game. If they have problems with making them work they're going to work to perfect them above a lot of other content, not rip them out I mean, we may not know all the specifics, but we still know A LOT. And then there's the fact that we don't need to know EVERYTHING to make observations. I mean, if we can see that Striker has been remade with the intention of becoming a melee only, damage over time super like Bladedancer, it's completely possible that Arcstrider is in the same boat. It's not necessarily what will happen, but we can still discuss how it would affect the game if it DID happen. We can hypothesize and observe how Destiny 2's mechanics might work based off the fact that they're trying not to stray too far from Destiny 1. And at the same time, we can talk about how possible changes would upgrade or downgrade the usefulness of these supers. So you may have a very closed minded opinion, good sir or madam... but that doesn't make you right. Sitting there and saying that you can't see anything doesn't mean nobody else can, it most likely means that you've got your eyes closed.

  • If you believe what Bungie says, you are delusional and have a serious problem my friend.

  • Once again, I don't have to believe everything they say, I can look at the footage (which I'm sure is pretty close to what the final version of Destiny 2 will be; I'm pretty sure Destiny 2 isn't going to suddenly turn out to be a puzzle game) and also, I can make inferences, and also I can assume MULTIPLE ways that it could go, not just one. So, once again, there's an easy way to figure out a lot of this stuff. It's called thinking about it from multiple perspectives. If you have trust issues that are that bad... I think you're the one with the serious problem.
