I've had this game pre ordered for a while. The way this game is shaping up, it's looking to be a great one and everything I wanted in a Titanfall sequel.
I've been very lazy on preordering this year or two. Maybe it's because I've learned my lesson with preordering what could be a disappointment, or maybe I'm getting lazier overall. Or maybe it's millenial self-deprecating laziness masking financial prudence. Because I did have to pay for a lot of things in that period. First solo flight, first solo long-haul train journey, new laptop.
Well, I don't usually pre order because of disappointment like you said, but Titanfall was one of my favorite games of all time and Titanfall 2 is shaping up to be even better.
Yeah, everyone is saying that 2016 has been and will end up being a bad year for games.
I wholeheartedly disagree! If Uncharted and Doom didn't do it for you, we still have Titanfall 2, Watch Dogs 2, Battlefield 1, etc. Even that new Gears game which just came out.
It's definitely more full than many previous years. Thus far, Uncharted 4 has been my favourite, with Inside and Doom not far behind. I'm not into WD2 (or as I call it - as of now - Watch Hipsters 2), but I've still got my eye on the EA shooters, The Last Guardian, and maybe Dishonoured 2.
I've also got Recore to get stuck into (every time I'm on Xbox, I feel inclined to join a party, which then keeps me from indulging in a brand new single-player experience), and Ratchet and Clank.
