If you're sending to the orders@bungiestore email, you should double check to see if it mentioned something about no responses from that email, it's just an order confirmation thing.
You should be submitting all bungiestore customer service responses through the website form, not an email that says it won't be responded to.

I have sent them emails and used the form just in case and no response, tomorrow I am going to file a complaint to the BBB

This is directly from the Bungie store customer service section on the website. " Please email us at orders@bungiestore.com or use the contact form below." So they should be checking that email address. Also no where on the email from that address does it say "donotreply" or anything of that nature.
