The problem has never been them "listening". It's them actively engaging their audience. Fans really want a back-and-forth dialogue between Bungie and themselves. They'd like to know what changes can be done, can possibly be done, and what they cannot do. They want them to be more open. They don't want the vaguespeak out-of-touch PR Deej is known for. They don't want to be replied to any issues, suggestions, and ideas with "we're listening" and "pass it to the devs". They don't want to be fed these lines because they know Bungie will only do as they please. It's gotten to the point to where they believe Bungie operates in a bubble, and would rather go on Reddit and cater to streamers because that reinforces said bubble.
They want that bubble popped.

Bungie communicate on a lot of different social sites and while I agree that they should 100% make more of an effort to at least link things here, people could also take a moment now and then to look outside bnet.

But B.net is THEIR site. The fact that they're largely avoiding their own message boards for other sites because they can control any negativity should be alarming.
