April Update Part 3: Full Video and live blog for those who missed it.

Odd, seems to me that points to something being fun 2:00 flame shield strength lowered, can cast less often. Buffed other melees 2:00 radiance duration lowered, grenade spawn increased 2:01 Stormcaller landfall can't break bubbles or Blind. Duration lowered. Drains faster. 2:02 more detail in patch notes 2:04 Voidwalkers looks like buffs to drain abilities 2:06 full changes in patch notes 2:08 firebolt grenades left alone! Bwahahahahaha nerf babies lose a round. 2:10 Grant and DeeJ out Hope this updated well, I'll hopefully link video shortly Edit: so want to add this on. First major props to Cozmo for engaging so many people's questions in this thread. Nice to have a community manager who doesn't just post and leave. As for my initial take. I like more than I hate. The changes to ARs and Pulse Rifles should make the Low RoF fun like Vanilla again and Suros looks sick Know people wanted hand cannons to get stability buff. Hawkmoon at least is with its range increase. Sunsingers weren't hit as hard as I feared and firebolt not at all, mostly just flange shield. Also some other perks were buffed. Stormcallers might have gotten wrecked though. Snipers were barely touched. MIDA nerf was dumb and will only affect PvE. TLW was killed, but Dregs is going to be disgusting. And Fusions are supposedly getting buffed. We'll see what the full notes show, but they got a good bit right at least.

I snipe all the time in PVE. I couldn't hit the side of a barn in PVP, and I get my ass handed to me all the time by snipers. Can't even play Trials at all because of it. I like a straight up gun fight. I win those 60%-70% of the time. But honestly I don't think the above is enough. Why no adjustments to aim assists and the hit box WTF is that shit? I love my Hatchet for PVP. Got a pretty good roll and I feel I can compete with any other primary and secondary with it. These words came out of Deej's mouth during the presentation. And I don't believe it was a "slip". I believe Bungie actually thinks this way. Instead of "Hey, MIDA is really kicking the shit out of people... what can we do to some other gun types to make them more competitive". This is a yet another dumb decision in a very long line of dumb decisions that relate to PVE players being a victim to PVP nerfs. It's -blam!-ing stupid. 100% of all PVE players will be affected negatively because 20% of PVP players run around and "collect special ammo". -blam!-ING STUPID! [/b] "1:44 talking consistency in experience" [b]This one really took the cake. J-Dubya telling us that Bungie "philosophy" is that PVE and PVP experiences should be the same. What a crock of shit. PVE and PVE ARE NOT THE SAME. You play both differently, you use different weapons, the very fundamentals of how you act/react/shoot/move are ALL DIFFERENT. Either your developers are either too ignorant to realize that making changes that hurt one game type to buff another is not something that a game developer of your stature should be doing, or you have consciously made the decision that trying to separate PVE and PVP changes are not worth the resources to perform. Don't give me some shit about "consistency in experience" between PVP and PVE. I could go all -blam!-ing day on this. STFU!!!!![/b] Anyways, that's all I've got for now, see you guys later.
