Iron Banner has been a blast 90% of the games. If the damage referee actually worked, it might've been 100%
I've seen a staggering amount of variety in weapons used and died to things I've never died to before in PvP. Super Good Advice, Jabberhakke, skip grenade and Treads Upon Stars just to name a few.
I've had as much fun using Fusion Rifles as I've had since year one before all the nerfs.
We've had full fireteams and great comradery and grown our in-game friends lists through in-forum debates.
I've died to and killed every character class in the game.
I've countered every class/weapon combo leveled at me with Hung Jury, Thesan and my own class abilities.
I've not given a single shit about one post-match reward because I finally have a Scout I like with perks I like (why did it take 8 months to get?)
I've played not only in full fireteams, but in teams of 2, 3, 4 and 5 as well as solo and had fun in all of them.
I haven't thought about Marks all week because again, I don't want to always grind, I want to enjoy using the shit I have that I love.
So I just wanted you to know that Destiny can still be fun. That playing with regular Joe Schmo weapons can be fun. That playing subclasses you love can be fun.
Before you -blam!- it all up with your next balance patch.
I really hope that you actually listen when Cozmo passes on our feedback because every single poll put up shows overwhelming majorities don't find shit OP.
Every poll on Sunsingers has been at least 80% anti-nerf. The same for smoke grenades and shadestep.
Please Bungie, don't nerf more subclasses and weapons and -blam!- this game up again.
Rotating meta's suck. Having weapons and classes you love ruined is tragic.
The fact is there will never be perfect balance in your game because you cannot nerf the one thing that really makes any weapon OP and that is the person pulling the trigger.
If you nerf Sunsingers or DoTs, there will literally be no point to the class. So -blam!-ing what if 12% of the game population can't adapt, that's their fault.
The rest of us know that it's up to us to learn to counter, to use our own abilities. PvP is a challenge and you overcome challenges by trial and error, and practicing until you can succeed. You don't get better by having the bar lowered for you.
The fact is, nothing in this game is OP and if anything some things like legendary hand cannons and Slow RoF ARs need buffed a bit.
This game can still be incredible and playing with fun and powerful weapons and classes should be the point.
Please don't nerf more fun, Bungie. Please don't -blam!- this up.

Edited by GHOSTFACE: 4/4/2016 7:40:01 PMIts going to be a never ending cycle. Everything in this game is OP to the 12% of players then the rest just jumps on the bandwagon and say the same thing. Thing is what Bungie fails to realise is that when you nerf a certain weapon archetype and buff another weapon archetype, metas are formed. I still wondering why did they nerf auto rifles in patch 1.1.1 and buff pulse rifles. That created the pulse rifle meta. All they had to do was tweak pulse rifles so that it didn't seemed underpowered. SIMPLE. But Im not going to lie. I love this game no doubt. I've just grown tired of the constant nerfing to please players who cry all the time. I haven't played the Nightfall in months and I've stopped playing the Dailys and Weekly strikes because of the lack luster. They are no fun, but sometimes I do the Hard Raid on 3 character and its bye bye Destiny until another Tuesday and repeat. I play other games when Bungie tends to screw up with bad decisions and constant nerfing. I still haven't recovered from fusion rifles being nerfed so hard with every patch. At least give me a reason to dust off my Vex Mythoclast, Pocket Infinity, or any legendary fusion that doesn't have a high stability. Give lengendary handcannons their accuracy and ammo reserves and give low fire rate auto rifles their damage back. Im tired of using Doctrine, Mida, TLW and 1k stare to fight competitively. Sidenote - When and If they nerf firebolts too hard, every warlock will run the fusion grenade setup with Starfire Protocol or the extra grenade perk. Then players will complain about fusion grenades being too OP. Something is always OP with this community.
