So, I was thinking. Does the Master Chief ever go to the bathroom? Or for that matter, eat or sleep? Not once in his quest to obliterate the Covenant does he ever do any of that. Is he a robot or something?
Hell, what about the Rookie? The dude was knocked out for 6 hours I think, and for a whole day, wanders the streets of New Mombasa. Did he ever have to stop and catch a quick bite? Go and do the #2 in the bathroom? I don't think he did.

Augmentations help. You are aware that they can take armor off though right?

As stated in Halo kilo-5 trilogy Spartans are augmented so they don't have to use the bathroom as much. Their meals are specially made so the body absorbs most of the nutrients and leave very little excrement. Even then, the suit has them plugged in in numerous places

They require a fair amount less food and water than regular people. Their bodies also produce less waste, as the augments also allow them to get the most nutrients out of their food. The armor comes with built in waste disposal and filtration. Water can be recycled for quite a long time. There is also nutrient-rich food supplements that spartans tent to carry on hand in one of their pouches that can provide you enough energy for days (though they apparently taste revolting). So yes, chief has needed to eat and has done so, but he can go strong for much longer without it than most people. As for sleep, Spartans are trained well enough to work well with little sleep. But he has slept. Cryo counts as sleep, and he probably got in a few small naps while waiting on ships or between missions. As for the rookie, they were only in the city for little over a day. A day without food is nothing, and he probably just pissed in the street or something.
