Could use work but I like the intention. Allows you bonus hit points after toeing against a sniper or another scout in case some other player comes charging in to revenge kill you.
I'd say let the shield instantly start depleting slowly when you gain it, however precision kills while shield is still active returns a portion of shield back. Essentially if you can keep the heads rolling, you'll have a shield, but too long in between and you lose it and wait for the cool down. This way its not OP in pvp but can still be extremely effective and unique in pve, especially for solo add control
