First curse buff/balance plus custom animation to make it actually -blam!-ing exotic?

I totally think this is a good idea

Tex Mechanica... For when you're itching to live out your inner Clint Eastwood... Unfortunately nobody at Bungie knows anything about guns except Hollywood retardation, I'm looking at you Zhalo noreallynotanAKCell. So when it comes to the three solitary Tex Mechanica guns, why did one not receive the same treatment of getting a special animation? Besides the whole general sense of stagnation coming from the mounds of questionably soaked hundred dollar bills that reeks like bait. I present to you... Are you listening? The Single Action Army. link Made back in 188-blam!- you, this gun, outside of the Remington 185old as dirt, share the same method of loading, that being a manual cocking of the hammer with your thumb, you know that thing that you slap on the Last word? Just watch the video if you want to see it done. Thus we have an interesting method for both buffing and BALANCING the hand cannon to make it legitimately exotic without making it sameface. First, from a mathematical POV, the firing rate is reduced with the impact being raised, making it a class of its own. Bungie, you wanted to make an exotic, defy your own copy paste genre. But how do you display this? Simple. With the animation. After every shot the player's model manually cocks the hammer all the way to the back, this process was considered the alternative to fanning the hammer, which Is the technique used in the last word. It was done because it was the fastest way of shooting that type of revolver accurately. To compensate the lower ROF, two shot head shots regardless of armor class, but to keep it in line without getting stupid, triple shot turns into DOUBLE TAP because we going 6 shooter baby. Whoa? A bad ass name for a bad ass perk for a bad ass gun? Its just like one of my Japanese Anime, Buh six shots? Sit down son, this is yo great, great, great gran pappy's math. You start with 6, you get two SLOW head shots which DOUBLE TAP allows since it has a longer period to allow players to actually play like the gun is designed to and actually be rewarded, so you down to 4 but UH OH, double tap AND first curse baby, boom stick go back in the closet for this ride, bringing you up to 5 shots, so you can still get 2 head shot kills but if you're a retarded scrub, two body and one head, or one head, one body, one head, mix there off, point is if you're not taking the time to get precision shots, you're not going to be rewarded, so you play it how its supposed to with THE ACTUALLY EXTENDED RANGE BUFF ON THE FIRST CURSE buff since damage falloff isn't shorter than a auto rifle, and you land two more precisions, back up to 4, repeat ad nausium until your last 2 rounds and BAM, reload that empty cylinder, don't question the magical ammo, NO TIME TO EXPLAIN. End result? ROF down. Impact up to two head shot kills, one head shot and two body, any order. Increased buff to range when First Curse activates. Sweet, sweet custom animation for a truly exotic hand cannon that doesn't feel like Thorn minus the DoT that let you two head shot and run like your dad did when he said he was going to go buy ice cream, or like Hawkmoon minus the whole luck aspect, giving it an actual role to perform in, as the longest range, highest impact hand cannon, which a skilled player will choose over hawkmoon since the gun rewards good gun play over the luck of the hand, hopping that they get the ace they need which will not only activate but hit the head, but in counterance, a just as skilled player may choose the hawkmoon for close to medium range goodness vs. the First Word which is the high ROF close range high impact high skill hand cannon which is still viable for the role that its designed for, just like the first curse can be. Admit it, you know you want to see this happen. Seriously Bungie, you're promising us an update, it'd take what? 2 hours to program? And a day to play test? I mean its not like you're doing anything to the map and have to let it load over night and pray it did so, properly.
