I would suggest you double check the date you preordered your Digital CE edition. To qualify for the additional Silver and Emotes, you had to preorder the Digital Collectors Edition for a specific time in June.   • May I ask if this is only for the digital collectors edition for TTK? I pre-ordered the physical collectors edition on June 23 and I did not receive anything other than the 400 silver. I have seen threads where people say it's RNG if you get some silver or the humble gestures package, but I'm still unsure about the whole thing.

  • Understood, Thanks! Seems odd that it wouldn't be available for both collectors editions though. Perhaps the trade-off was the physical items instead of the emote package?

  • Seriously. I bought physical Ghost Edition and Physical Taken King Collectors edition. Between those dates. However I haven't opened it. Since I forgot I pre ordered Taken King from PS store. Shouldn't digital stuff be redeemed. Can it be possible that I can still get it if I redeem the code for the digital items? It's unfair on people who purchased twice and not get those extra things. Where people that didn't buy got it.

    yeah, I've read through all of that already....still waiting on my package. Someone at Bungie f*cked up on this one. I'm not dying to have any of the new emotes or anything, but if I'm supposed to have it, I'm supposed to have it. I'll can wait patiently. If nothing ever shows, I'll live and play on, but I'll remember this screw up and will have spent my last dime with them

  • If you have proof that you purchased the Digital CE in the right time period (receipt, confirmation email), that could go a long way in helping your case.

    Oh yeah, of course I have everything...unfortunately all the help links take you in circles with nowhere to submit that evidence. Are we supposed to post that stuff on the forums and cross our fingers someone @ Bungie comes across it? ...or is there a contact page I'm missing? The only "Contact Us" link I came across turned into a form about the VIP Rewards. I submitted one of those...not expecting much from it though.

  • Post here, and if a BNGHelp account sees the thread, they can see the proof too. Edit the pictures to block out any private info, but keep visible the purchase date and the item purchased.

  • not to be a d*ck, I appreciate you taking the time to respond an try to help, but posting proof here? What's to keep me from just taking someone else's "proof" from another post (or someone taking mine)? ...and ***if*** a [i]BNGHelp[/i] account sees it? Is that RNG too? lol It's baffling to me that a company capable of making such a game is incapable of having any kind of legitimate, functional and reliable customer service options (ie: an actual "Contact Us" link).

    Well being bought digitally it will be tied to your psn/Xbox ID. You would of received an email verification with the purchase date as well as your gamer ID included, if you can't post a screen shot of this then you might as well cut your losses.
