I thought this was well done, personally. Although, that friggen Scorch Cannon needs to have its blast radius seriously toned down some. Good lord...
-
I do enjoy this strike though, especially with any burn
-
Well his scorch cannon is his only weapon, now if he switched between that and a shrapnel launcher, ho boy would that change things up!
-
What if each time you encounter him he's using a different weapon? Starts off shooting at you in the beginning with a Shrapnel Launcher. Then the second time in that large room he's got the Scorch Cannon. Both times in the hallway still using the cannon as well. Then for the final encounter you're able to make him drop it after you deal enough damage to him. After he drops it, he'll vanish again and mobs will begin to spawn. You can either use the cannon to perform crowd control, or save it for when he shows up again not long after the mobs enter the room. Only this time, he'll be brandishing dual swords and getting up close and personal. Hitting him with the Scorch Cannon will stagger him, halting his relentless assault and making him an easy target for a few moments to really let loose on him. Afterwards, he'll vanish again and more mobs will spawn to keep the pressure on you.
-
I like it, it would add an interesting twist overall throughout the encounter. Now if he regularly changed up his weapons that would be nice too. So when he first comes out he has the Scorch Cannon, but as he moves closer he whips out the Shrapnel launcher, then in the next room he is in he starts with the Shrapnel launcher and once he moves down to the bottom switches back to the Scorch cannon. Then in the Final encounter He has the Cannon, but changes to the launcher when he rushes forward.

How about a new thing all his own too? Like he has these two, floating droids on either side of him that appear and provide small arms fire?

Edited by TraderShadow: 8/30/2015 4:29:23 AMLike Secret Service Shanks? Maybe Shield Shanks 2-3 hover over him and make a shield, you have to shoot them down disrupt the shield and damage him. These shanks would have an element of each type as a shield. One Void, One Solar, One Arc.
-
YES. I love it.
-
I agree with those two that he should move more... But not teleporting, he has legs have him move and shoot lol
-
Yeah the teleport function is far overused, by everything that has it. They need to actually walk/run more.
-
Have him teleport more so we can't down him in the first 10 seconds we enter the last arena. Add stealth vandals to the mix.
-
He does need to have more freedom of movement. He stands still in far too many places.
-
I've only seen him on the platform then the back right.
-
Exactly, he never goes anywhere. He needs to roam around the Arena more.
-
He's 100% more dangerous at the locations prior to his own arena. It's a decent strike just needs a better final fight.
-
Thats the Arena he needs to move around more in
-
Make him move faster and more unpredictably.
