I've always thought that our community managers should utilize polls on major topics of interest to the community. Example: Making a poll on endgame matchmaking to see if the community wants it or not and if so, bring it to the Devs as a community wish list. Again, I feel that our community managers could do so much more.

    That's how we do it in Runescape and it works extremely well. Usually there's very little complaints overall when new things are unveiled because the community generally supports them. Then again, those polls are actually put out by the developers for our benefit in there and they actually go according to the poll results, not like these clowns who see repeated community requests and then do the opposite.
