Fusion Rifles do Precision damage, Unless the Yellow numbers with higher damage stat only happens when I play...
Queens Bow is a Fusion Rifle so it wont get the same Precision Damage/Sniper Buff. I have it and use it on Arc Burn and PvP as in PvP both setups are one hit kills (in head)
The Dragons Breath Solar Perk should be a Sticky Solar Grenade. When Target is hit the Solar Flare sticks.
But overall if you use Titan with Flash Bang it works wonders combining the two.

Normal Fusion Rifles don't do precision damage. Only Vex Myth and Queenbreaker's Bow can hit crits. Exactly, the Queenbreaker's Bow should be just as powerful as a sniper, or more powerful. It has to charge, whereas snipers don't. It's very good in PvP, and insanely powerful in arc burn, but without Arc burn it's way too weak to deal with a charge time when you could be using a sniper that shoots instantly

My thing with the FR is just that. They Charge. So naturally higher charge rate FRs would be more powerful than lower ones. I believe there are FRs with fast rates that have a higher impact than Low Charge out there. Makes no sense. I think FRs should be more powerful than Shottys. For example if I take an Arc Felswinter and hit every Bullet on a Fallen Captain, He loses his entire Overshield. If I take the Fallen FR that you get from HoW which has a higher Impact that Fels, and I hit every shot on the captain... He doesn't lose the entire shield.

Edited by rapiemur: 8/19/2015 4:33:44 AMLol, that's funny. I used to specialize in CQC with full auto Felwinters I used in pve and I have an arc one that takes out captains in about two seconds. Gets rid of their overshields and kills them if I hit them in the head. You should try it sometime. Really gives an adrenaline rush, especially in lightswitch.

Shotguns definitely shouldn't be as powerful in PvE as they are right now, but they're getting addressed in 2.0 to reintroduce some risk. Imo a good thing. Fusion Rifles definitely need a damage buff like I said. Higher impact ones would do more damage than lower impact ones, but lower impact ones would be able to charge faster. So DPS would equal out

Last Patch Shottys got a 100% increase for PvE and now they just downgrading it 10% reduction. They will still be beast. I love my Horsemen.

the 4th horseman is a beast i love using it too

Yeah. They'll definitely still be beast, but they're losing 10% of that damage, 10% crit damage, and Rangefinder/Shot package will be a lot worse. It's gonna be hella risky using Shotguns post patch cause you're gonna have to get in real close

Thats how it used to be. And thats how instill play when using them. Literally the enemy is taking up my whole screen when I blast them.
