Buying TTK then most likely waiting until the next expansion is released so I get Destiny 2, 2 DLCs, and an expansion for $60 instead of $140 since I feel I've been ripped off enough by Destiny. That is unless Bungie and Activision persuade me with limited availability on some new features in which case I will be very angry but, buy everything at release because that's how we fans will always react and both Bungie and Activision are loving taking advantage of this.

  • I wouldn't pre order any of it. We need to make them sweat and question if the game will go on or flop.

  • That's what we should do but, if we do that then we miss out on content and feel bad anyway, while both Bungie and Activision have already profited greatly and don't need the game to continue to produce maximized profits; in the end it will be their choice to listen to the fans or stop caring about them at all, if we continue to buy the game, we at least have some say in what they add to the game. I wish all of the game's players would follow through with what you suggest but it simply won't happen so the best we can do is voice our opinions at this point.

  • By "miss out on content" do you mean replay the same content backwards?

  • Valid points. But, we have already bought the game and have a voice. They have listened to quite a few areas and addressed them. It's the cheating they need to address now, that's the biggest issue I see them facing.

  • I see weapon balance, bad combat flow in PvP, a lack of player choice in equipment, and a general lack of endgame content as the main issues but, to each his own I suppose. And some simply improperly designed features which simply are cases of bad game design too.

  • The lack of weapon balancing plays into the lack of player choices in PvP. Pve allows players to use the weapons that best compliment their play style, where as the crucible is plagued with hand cannon spammers. The major lack of end game content is frustrating, why have no other worlds been utilized yet? It's a great game with many aspects that keep us coming back day after day. I myself got it for the PvP aspect because COD went the wrong direction for me after ghost, also the cheating in COD and hacking is just atrocious. One can only hope destiny doesn't follow suite. So far they seem to have the typical mods people use under control, it's simply the lag programs they need to counter. I mean, people had to lag switch crota, Wtf??? If they find a way to prevent that I will gladly continue to spend my money on the game. It's going to take more than a shader and what not to entice me to invest more into the game.
