I feel the same usually I run with you a lot but not only you I have run with several other members and from those who I have ran with I learn from and I hope I taught something on either a raid, missions, even some good ol' fashion pvp. RE is getting bigger and that means more people are going to be needing help, I for one am looking forward to meeting new people and helping where I can.

Ok. Let me start out with the fact that we just had a member leave in frustration. A very valuable and skilled member who was simply looking to run, but felt there wasn't a place, a fire team spot for him to join in on. I accept the full weight and responsibility of this. This member had reached out to me to chat, and I didn't find the time to honor my responsibility well enough. This saddens me. As a newer clan, I as well as all of us, will be faced with trying to figure out the logistics of making a system work. Finding a continuity for our small community to feel invited to our fire teams. I find it hard sometimes because by the time I am able to log on, everyone is kinda doin their thing. So I try and make myself available to any group that needs a 3rd or is trying to get a raid going. Now I've tried to get a weekly raid group going, and at first everyone was pretty gung ho about it. But it fell short. Either people were taking a break, schedules didn't work, or too many people were looking for it to just be there. Now crimsix. Please clarify your statement on your 3 members comment. I know I run with Junglist a bit. Mainly when he is on, which is rarer at the moment, but I run with him so we can catch up. I run with war when I can, but again, it's rarer for me cause I'm only on at specific times. I try my best to team up with everyone. I can't always run with everyone. I send out messages while I'm at work to set up raids or nightfalls etc etc but by the time I log on, they rarely happen. I have always valued you crimsix. When your on, you do a great job at being in as many fire teams as you can. I would like to point out that in the past month or so, 00 and grunts have been exceptional. Both have been taking the bull by the horns and getting shit done. I've felt honored when I can get on a fire team with them. But it's gotten to the point where I've had to message 00 early in the day to try and get on a team with him. And even then, it's rare. I recently had an experience where I was in PoE with on renegade hardware member and a follower. Mid game the follower left without any real reason to play the same PoE with other friends. At the time the fire team was set up, those were the only two people that weren't already invested in an event. When this happened, I was fairly pissed. But how do I handle this. Do I only run with renegade hardware? If I do that, I run the risk of not finding new members. Obviously I take the team I'm on a little more seriously than others, meaning, I'm not going to abandon anybody because someone better logged on. So what do I do. Lately I've been logging on later than usual. I don't expect anyone to wait up late for me, or to leave a spot open. Week after week I've been getting less and less done. Hell. I've only complete PoE once and only been through trials once. Seems by the time I log on, there's either no one on, everyone's already in a fireteam running PoE or everyone's farming keys. Tonight for instance, I ended up not running anything because if I had, I'd have done it solo or with randoms. I waited in orbit to see if someone else had logged on or if a team finished its PoE run, but again, I fell asleep before any of that could happen. I don't EXPECT anyone to be available for me when I log on, but I do appreciate it when I get to game with all of you. I have run with nearly everyone in that past two weeks. Trust me, if I could be everywhere at once, I would. The only way I see this getting better is if we all work with each other. Use the app, look at the group portion and go down the list. Invite anyone in renegade hardware. Or place a post on this group board. If you can use it for complaints, you can use it to build future teams and groups. I have never had to resort to the forums. I refuse to. I will always wait for renegade hardware. But I have had to use matchmaking on occasion. I for one, rarely am available prior to 10 pm pst. My day starts at 6am and goes kids, work, kids, wife and then destiny. But once I do log on, I'm usually running till 2-4 am. So if your looking to run with me, message me. You know when I'm going to be on, I'm always willing to roll. So I will start. I'm looking for anyone who wants to try for a 9-0 run in trials. That's at the top of my wish list. Looking for anyone to run PoE. Any level but I really want to get the higher levels done so I can get better acquainted with the levels. Always looking to raid. Any raid. You can message me on the boards or through a private message but I highly suggest using the Xbox one smart glass app. You don't need an Xbox one, it just has a better interface than the 360 app. Last but not least. It's 430 am as of posting this. Not quite sure what I said, but I'm pretty sure I meant it. Lol.
