You have to love the nerfing of guns so the wine ass non players can actually play. 1st off uncommon guns in pvp or pve shouldn't be one shoting per say lvl 7 vs lvl 32 but then an exotic gun takes more then one shot to kill someone else. Its totally outlandish that bungie is addressing the wine ass feedback but not true issues of the difference between what a uncommon, rare, legendary and exotic gun should have for a damage rate. Some uncommon and rare guns with higher impact rates then exotic guns is truly effed up on there part. I believe there attempts on nerfing guns is fruitless and a gap filler for there lack of addressing other major game issue problems in which they have like vog and crotas end. However back to guns topic they should nerf and op the guns via there class and not the type of gun it is. Hawkmoon should have higher damage rate then fatebringer. Plan C vs Prateorian Foil and such. If a gun does 331 damage I should do that not less then the next gun that does the same but should only do the same by clip amount size. One rocket=full clip from Plan C.

  • Look at impact. that is what actually decides the damage of a gun in the crucible. In PvE, guns with the same attack stats have the same total damage output per clip. In the crucible the same applies (also the damage on a fusion rifle is applied to each projectile, not all 5 together), but since attack numbers do not matter, they all have the same output (this is without clip extensions). Taking away that balance in the crucible is unfair for newer players. Besides, with the balance, our ears will hurt a lot less after a match where you can communicate with others.
