Just a few FINISHED animes. There's lot more like them but these have good stories and characters. Unfinished ones I'd recommend are Fairy Tail (my current addiction) and Naruto/Naruto Shippuden.

I've seen (& love) dragon Ball, but Anime lovers say it's technically anime, but not really anime. . More like just a cartoon. So, yeah. I also really liked avatar.

Dragonball I actually prefer over Z because of the way it flows, but love them both. Avatar is technically a cartoon that flows like an anime. ;)

I see. In my eyes, dragon ball, avatar, Pokémon are all animes... but I'm aware of my knowing nothing.

Nah, if it's made in Japan, I tend to consider it anime. Even though Pokèmon is actually an anime. But honestly, who cares? I love animations more than live action anyways so it's all good. ^_^
